This property is exactly as advertised. It has all you need and things you’d never even think of. I was amazed at the thought put into the rooftop deck supplies, when the extremely professional caretaker showed us around at the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning.
I mean a radio up there… So you dont have to annoy the other residents by blasting the downstairs ipod capable device with auxiliary cable for mp3′s/iPods , outlets, lighting and just a perfect set up too hang out and enjoy the constant ocean breezes. You almost don’t want to leave.
I’ve been visiting Rincon for 7-8 years and have stayed in many locations. This one is perfect. Bars within walking distance as well as restaurants and a quick drive to the fabulous puntas bakery which I’ve walked too as well..Probably to burn off the calories consumed from the previous days purchases.
I stayed alone for the last week of my stay and was comfortable and had no worries about security. It’s a great place and the owners give you as much info as you need, and more.
By the way, I’ve never written in a guest book anywhere so please excuse my long windedness.
I even got the gentlemen from Edwards grocery store to order K-cups for the Kuerig cause I know I’m coming back here . Can’t wait!!

Dear James and Colleen,
My daughter Simone and I had a wonderful stay at your beautiful condo. The views were breathtaking and Simone fell in love with the horse that lives down the street. We really enjoyed the Puntas area. Simone learned how to boogie board, snorkel, and she even tried a wave board! We met so many nice people at the Marina Beach. Everything went as planned making for a perfect vacation. Thanks for all the communications and always being available anytime I had any questions. I always like to rent from homeowners who communicate. We are looking forward to returning to PR sometime in the next month or two and hope to stay at your house again. Thanks again, Paula Frueh, NJ
